Several months ago the Freinetschool De Appeltuin in Leuven, Belgium held an event that raised 600euro for the communities we visited in Nepal last fall.
The 600euro was spent on new blankets, mattresses, pillows and whiteboards for the Dhikure Orphanage and School.
Everything was purchased in Kathmandu with help from the Nine Hills Association and sent up to the mountains by bus.
